From a business process to controlled operation.

We begin with a bounded use case and test it under real conditions. Technology, permissions and the operating model follow from the task.

1. Agent Discovery

We capture the task, people involved, data, existing systems, exceptions and expected result. We then decide whether the process needs an agent, agentic automation or conventional automation.

Outcome: A bounded target process and a reasoned solution decision.

02

2. System and control design

We define the role, sources, tools, permissions, output formats and handovers. Critical actions receive a clear approval path.

Outcome: A technical and operational blueprint.

03

3. Pilot with real cases

The solution is built with limited scope and tested against real work. Failure patterns and unclear handovers become visible before use expands.

Outcome: A tested pilot with documented limits.

04

4. Approval and operation

After acceptance, ownership, monitoring, change control and fallback are agreed. Changes follow measured results and changes in the process.

Outcome: An operable workflow rather than an isolated demo.

What we need from the customer.

02

A clear process owner, suitable test cases, contacts for the systems involved and a decision on which actions require approval. Login details and confidential information do not belong in an initial enquiry.

FAQ

03
What happens if the use case is unsuitable?

We will not recommend agent development. A simpler automation, a process change or a narrower use case may be more appropriate.

When are models and platforms chosen?

After requirements for data, quality, integration and operation are known. Choosing too early would narrow the solution without good reason.
